Hurom Spiced Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Kick off the season with this tart yet sweet appetite to start off your mood for fall and Thanksgiving! Cranberries are known to provide excellent health benefits towards cardiovascular diseases. They are relatively low in calories, while high in vitamin A, C, and K.

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 3 cups of cranberries
  • 1 cup of apples
  • 1/4 cup of ginger
  • 1/2 cup of tangerines
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg


  1. Prepare all the ingredients by cleaning and prepping them for juicing.
  2. Juice cranberries, apples, ginger, and tangerines. Use the fine strainer for a silkier texture or the coarse strainer for a chunkier texture.
  3. After extracting the pulp from the juicer, add the pulp and juice in a pot on mid-high heat. Cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. While simmering, add in some cinnamon and nutmeg to give it a little spice.
  4. Once done, either use the sauce for delicious delicacies such as waffles or put them in sterilized jars for later use!
