Ingredients (serves 2):
- 3 cups of cranberries
- 1 cup of apples
- 1/4 cup of ginger
- 1/2 cup of tangerines
- Prepare all the ingredients by cleaning and prepping them for juicing.
- Juice cranberries, apples, ginger, and tangerines. Use the fine strainer for a silkier texture or the coarse strainer for a chunkier texture.
- After extracting the pulp from the juicer, add the pulp and juice in a pot on mid-high heat. Cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. While simmering, add in some cinnamon and nutmeg to give it a little spice.
- Once done, either use the sauce for delicious delicacies such as waffles or put them in sterilized jars for later use!
