- Free Shipping! - We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous US states.
- Shipment Processing - Most orders placed by 8 PM PST (11 PM EST) will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection. Hurom is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.
- Carriers and Tracking - Hurom uses FedEx or UPS for most shipments. Tracking details are sent to your email.
- Signature Confirmation - Hurom reserves the right to require Signature Confirmation on any shipment. Our Customer Care agents are unauthorized to release signature requirements.
- PO/APO/FPO/DPO - We offer shipping to these addresses via USPS.
- International Shipping - At this time we do not ship to US territories or international addresses. You may use third-party carriers to forward packages at your own risk, but customers residing outside of the US are responsible for all warranty-related shipping costs.
- Order Changes/Cancellation Requests - We are unable to combine multiple orders. We cannot cancel or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse at 8 PM PST (11 PM EST) each day from Sunday through Thursday. Please let us know ASAP if you notice an error in your order details. You will be charged an intercept fee if you request an order cancellation after the order has been submitted.
- Carrier Shipping Delays - Hurom is not responsible for any carrier-caused shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Shipping Damage Claims - If you suspect your products were damaged during transit, please try to refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 1-800-253-2140. Do not remove any items and keep the packaging as is. We may file an insurance claim, so we may ask you to take pictures of the damage. We will send you a new unit ASAP. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Product Defect Claims - If you receive a juicer which you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team. We will help you troubleshoot, process an exchange, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.
- 15-Day Money Back Guarantee - We want you to be thrilled with our products, but we're here to help if you need to return. You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any opened item. We will provide pre-paid return labels for all customers within the contiguous 48 states.
- 90-Day Worry-Free Returns for Unopened Goods - To accommodate Hurom gift givers, you have 90 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any unopened item. Item must be sealed in its original shipment packaging and undamaged.
- Hurom.com Valid Purchases Only - We only accept returns of items purchased directly from www.hurom.com. For Hurom products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.
How to Return an Item
- Return Authorization - Please contact our Customer Care Team. Have your original order number on hand so we can retrieve your order details. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid return label if you reside in the contiguous 48 states.
- Original Packaging - Item must be returned in its original shipment packaging and include all accessories and documents.
- Return Label - Please affix the new return label on top of the original shipping label. Be sure to write your RA number on the label for faster processing.
Damaged Returns - Up to a 30% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories/documents. Returner is responsible for all shipping damages due to improper return packaging.
- Cleaning Fee - A 15% cleaning fee will be assessed if products are returned unwashed.
- Commercial Restocking Fee - Opened commercial-grade items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- International Support - If you purchased from Hurom.com but you are residing outside the contiguous US, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to our service center, located in New York.
- Unauthorized Returns - Hurom will not accept returns without an RA number and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Hurom is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process.
- Return Approval Process - Once your return is received, our Customer Care Team will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund.
- Processing Refunds - A credit will be applied to your original payment method immediately upon approval. Please contact your payment method provider for any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- 15-Day Price Match Guarantee - We will match any price you see on our website for 15-days from the date of delivery. This only applies to site-wide generic promotions. This does not include unique or time-sensitive discounts. We cannot stack multiple promotions, but we can replace any promotion you used with a larger promotion.
- Price Match Refunds - If you suspect your order may be eligible for a price match refund, please contact our Customer Care Team. Have your original order number on hand. Once your price match is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
