Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Free Shipping! - We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous US states!
  • Shipment Processing - We make every effort to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 11 PM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection.
  • Carriers and Tracking - Hurom typically uses UPS or FedEx for our customer shipments. Tracking information for your shipment will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
  • Signature Confirmation - Hurom reserves the right to require Signature Confirmation on any shipment. Our fraud filters may flag your order for additional scrutiny which may include having the shipment require a signature upon delivery.
  • PO/APO/FPO/DPO - We offer shipping to these addresses via USPS. Feel free to place your order using your standard address, we will let you know if there are any issues with the shipment.
  • International Shipping - At this time we do not offer shipping to US territories or international addresses. You may use third-party carriers that forward packages to your address internationally, but please note that warranty service to customers residing outside of the US is limited.
  • Order Changes/Cancellation Requests - We are not able to combine multiple orders or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse at 11 PM EST, SUN - THU. Please give us a call ASAP if you notice an error in your order details. You may be charged a cancellation or intercept fee if you request an order cancellation after the product has been shipped.
  • Shipping Damage Claims - If you suspect your juicer was damaged during transit, please call us at 1-800-253-2140. Try not to remove any items and keep the packaging as is. We may have to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will send you a new unit as soon as possible.
  • Product Defect Claims - If you receive a juicer which you feel is defective, please call us at 800-253-2140. Our Customer Service Center will help you troubleshoot, send the unit back for a refund/replacement, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.

Returns

  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee - If you are not completely wowed by your juicer, Hurom will refund your entire purchase and pay for the return shipping costs for all customers within the contiguous 48 states who purchased directly from Hurom.com.
  • Return Authorization - To receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and your free prepaid return label, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@huromcs.com or by calling us at 1-800-253-2140. Be sure to have your original order # on hand so we can retrieve your order details. The RA number is valid for 15 calendar days from the date issued.
  • Unauthorized Returns - Hurom will not accept returns without an RA number and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Hurom is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process and without obtaining a valid RA number.

Requirements for Returning a Product

  • Hurom.com Valid Purchases Only - We only accept returns of items purchased directly from www.hurom.com. We do not accept returns of Hurom branded products purchased from other retailers or resellers. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the original location of purchase regarding their return policy.
  • Original Packaging -  Item must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.
  • Damaged Returns - A 15% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories/documents.
  • Cleaning Fee - A 15% cleaning fee will be assessed if products are returned unwashed.
  • International Support - If you purchased from Hurom.com but you are residing outside the 48 contiguous states, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from our service center in the US.

Refunds

  • Return Approval Process - Once your return is received, our service team will inspect the product based on the requirements above. Once approved, we will notify you via email of your refund.
  • Processing Refunds - A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.

Price Matching

  • 30-Day Price Match Guarantee - We will match any price you see on our website for 30-days from your date of purchase. This only applies to site-wide generic promotions. This does not include unique or time-sensitive discounts. We cannot stack multiple promotions, but we can replace any promotion you used with a larger promotion.
  • Price Match Refunds - If you suspect your order may be eligible for a price match refund, please call our support team at 1-800-253-2140. Have your original order # on hand. Once your price match is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
