We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous US states!

We make every effort to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 11PM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping or shipping to US territories.

We are not able to combine multiple orders or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse.  Please give us a call ASAP if you notice an error in your order details.

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • The juicer must have been purchased from We do not accept returns of Hurom branded products purchased from other retailers or resellers. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the original location of purchase to consult about returning product(s).
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.
  • Returning item(s) must be in clean and working condition. The product should not be damaged in any way.
  • We will not accept any items returned with product damage, altered or unsellable for any other reason. If products have damaged packaging, missing accessories, or missing documents such as manuals, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • Please do not return your Hurom juicer without first obtaining an RA number. If there is no RA number, Hurom will not accept the return and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Hurom is not responsible for product(s) that is/are lost or damaged without following our return process and without obtaining a valid RA number.
  • The RA number is valid for 15 calendar days from the day issued.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
  • Hurom will process your refund based your original payment method.

Shipping Damage Claims

  • If your juicer is damaged due to shipping, please call us at 800-253-2140 as soon as you receive it. Do not remove any items, and keep the packaging as is. We may have to claim the damage with the shipping company.

Product Defect Claims

  • If you receive a juicer which you feel is defective, please call us at 800-253-2140. Our Customer Service Center will help you troubleshoot, send the unit back for a refund/replacement, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.
