Hurom Juice Recipe: Power-Up Strength Juice

Lack of Vitamin C may contribute to fatigue or even depression. Broccoli which contains plenty of Vitamin C can be used to help recover from fatigue and help boost healthy energy.

  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 3 cups of oranges
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 3 lemons
    1. Chop celeries and broccoli into smaller pieces with about 2 inches in length. Slice peeled oranges and lemons into 4 parts.
    2. Put broccoli, oranges, celery, and lemon into your Hurom Slow Juicer, and juice them.
