- Eligible models for trade-in: HU Series, HG Series, and JP Series
- Eligible country: models purchased in the United States
Getting Started:
- Contact our Customer Experience team at 1-877-709-0506 or support@hurom.com to inquire about the Trade-In Program.
- If you're qualified for this program, our Customer Experience team will provide the next steps for sending in your old machine.
- Once our facility receives and inspects the unit, we will send you a $100 discount code via email. The discount will only apply to new Slow Juicers on Hurom.com, which means the code will not apply to Refurbished Juicers, Citrus Juicers, parts, or accessories.
- You can shop at Hurom.com any time with the discount code, but it is not transferable; it cannot be used with other discount codes; and it will expire after 1 usage.
