If you know it, you know it. Celery juice has been all the rage in the health & wellness community, so we wanted to share some of our favorite variations of celery juice recipe.

Celery Apple Kale Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium-sized apples
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 medium-sized lemon

Benefits:

  • Beta-carotene in celery will promote metabolism, and its large amount of potassium is also effective in lowering blood pressure.
  • Lemon is infamous for its nutrition value of vitamin C, which helps to remove toxins in your body.
  • Quercetin is an antioxidant flavonoid found in apples that is known to work strongly against inflammation. It thus helps in fighting conditions such as allergies, chronic fatigue, and atherosclerosis.

Blood Care Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup of angelica
  • 1 or 2 medium-sized apples

Benefits:

  • Angelica contains plenty of chalcone and coumarin which prevent blood coagulation, thus improving blood circulation.
  • High in vitamin A, C, K, B-complex, iron, calcium, maganese, magnesium, and copper, kale offers an incredible boost to your body's health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 3 Medium-sized apples

Benefits:

  • Spinach is the stuff of superheroes. A powerhouse of nutrients, spinach protects the body against inflammatory problems, oxidative stress-related problems, cardiovascular problems, bone issues, and cancers.
  • Rich in folic acid and iron, spinach is effective in making skin healthy as well as preventing anemia and gastrointestinal disturbance.
