- 2 cups of broccoli
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 cup of pineapple
- 1 cup of pears
- Chop broccoli and kale into smaller pieces into 2 inches in length.
- Slice pears in half and divide into 6 parts with the skin. Prepare the pineapple by cutting them into smaller pieces of about 2 inches in length.
